Cheapest and quietest place in India for summer vaccation

For Cheap and quiet place in India , I would highly recommended the North East of India.The only problem  you can face here is  how to reach there cheaply.There is ample connectivity via railways from every major city to kolkata. Once you reach there, you would find everything  so cheap.

According to sources the dormitory was around 300-/ Rs  per day and the transport cost around  400-/Rs. and the regional transport was awesome .In return you get this.
